When it comes to gift giving, we love the joy of giving somebody something that has been created or sourced especially for them and made with passion, so here we tell you a little bit about the attention to detail and the steps we take to create the perfect bespoke gift for you.
First things first, when creating a gift from scratch for somebody we find out everything we can about the occasion and the recipient so we can ensure we provide a personalized gift with all the little touches that make it special to them.
We create a checklist of the clients budget, the occasion and why the gift is being given, what the gift should contain, the colours and themes required, the type of packaging requested, any personalized elements to be incorporated into the gift , the recipients favourites such as colours, , flavours, favourite scents, flowers, chocolates, favourite tipples , favourite brands etc. , any specific memories or sentimental elements to be incorporated and any other necessary information to truly capture the clients requirements and essence of the gifts purpose and its recipient.
We will then produce an overall list of all of the relevant suppliers that we will source the gift elements from to create the request and a cost list of every item to be included so we can provide an overview to the client and ensure they are happy with the selection before it is created and enable them to make any changes if needed.
We will also produce a list of packaging costs and styles so they can choose the most appropriate for their needs It is important to us to ensure we meet and exceed our clients expectations and we keep them involved and informed at every step of the process and this is something we carry forward with all of the services we provide.
Now we have confirmed all of the required elements for the gift and sourced all of the elements to be included, it’s now time to start putting this together and bringing the gift to life!
We will assemble the gift and consult the client to ensure they are happy with the finished result before it is wrapped or sealed ready to be given to the lucky recipient. We can incorporate a personalised message card inside all of our gifts for an extra personal touch.
