SoSu Hot fire palette

I have finally got my hands on the SoSu Hot fire eye palette and I can honestly say I absolutely love it!

The palette has an amazing selection of eye shadows in copper, neutrals and smoky shades with both matt and metallic finishes. It is the perfect day to night palette and has so much versatility in the looks you can create from it. It is definitely now one of my go to products. My favourite combination currently is using blaze, flame and smoke to create a shimmery copper Smokey eye look paired with a black liner and my trusty go to must have Benefit They’re real mascara – literally lashes for days!

The metallic shades have a really good colour pigment and shimmery finish and they are very true to the shade you see in the palette. The colours are all very bendable and very on trend too. I really like the finish you get with these eyeshadows, they go on really smoothly and have great coverage and amazing staying power! #winner!

As well as the palette, I also invested in the highlighter cream stick and the contour cream stick in Warm. This highlighter is amazing! It’s like liquid gold in stick form and will have you shimmering for days! Use it on your cheek bones for the ultimate glow. The contour stick is really easy to use and goes on very smoothly making it easy to apply and easy to blend plus its really and easy to create a nice subtle contour with too.

Next on my list is the conceal stick, the highlighter palette and the new tan range! 😊

Honestly, the palette swatches amazingly but for me it did not work out. It wouldn’t blend no matter if I had an eyelid primer underneath or not. It was just a subpar palette. BUT, I am happy you made it work because the shades are gorgeous.

that’s a real shame that you couldn’t get on with the palette as the colours are lovely, but i found that with a soft eye brush the shades blend nicely and you can build them as you wish, also another tip would be to make the brush slightly damp and this makes the powder slightly creamy in texture so you may find it easier to blend that way.
