Everyone needs to get fitness inspiration from someone they admire and Sylvia Diaz is one such person who makes you want to get up and live your best life!

The Styling Irish
One man who is making it work for him during this trying time, is Pat O’Sullivan, AKA The Styling Irish.
After starting his company a couple of years ago supplying the men of Ireland with a one stop shop for must-have accessories, he has now branched out and is creating designer sneakers.
Pat comes up with the designs himself and is even open to creating bespoke sneakers for an individual on a choice of either Nike or Vans styles for men and women.
