Ireland Is Reopening! – Ovation Ireland Gives Us All The Updates.

At last the news we’ve all be waiting for!

The Irish Government announced that from the 19th July Ireland is open for business.

Travellers from EU member states bearing the Digital Covid Certificate– which attests that the holder has either been vaccinated, has had a negative test for COVID-19 or has had the virus – will then be able to visit Ireland without the need for a test or quarantining and we are delighted by the commitment to extend the Digital Covid Certificate to vaccinated visitors from other countries – including Great Britain and North America.

So over the last 14 months Ireland has been really busy and our hotels and venues haven’t looked better, works that were due to take place over a phased basis actually happened and have been completed. So, when planning your next meeting or incentive make sure to put Ireland on the list whether you like a city centre hotel or resort style hotel we have so much to offer in Dublin and its surroundings counties.

The great part of flying into Dublin is that in 20 minutes you are in Dublin City Centre, or travel 30 minutes or so to explore the counties that surround Dublin:

County Meath – Meath is known as the Royal County because many centuries ago aspiring High Kings of Ireland came to the Hill of Tara in the centre of County Meath to be crowned in elaborate kingship rituals.

Newgrange, County Meath

County Kildare – Kildare is known as the Thoroughbred County and is famous for it’s Racecourses and the National Stud as well as its stunning locations like Cliff at Lyons.

Cliff at Lyons, County Kildare

County Wicklow – Known as the Garden of Ireland where the mountains run to the Sea. Beautiful beaches and fabulous mountains on your doorstep.

Powerscourt Estate, County Wicklow

If choosing an Irish resort, check out Dunboyne Castle or Johnstown Estate in Meath, the K Club or Cliff at Lyons in County Kildare or how about Powerscourt Estate or Druids Glen in County Wicklow but to name a few.

Johnstown Estate, County Meath

We have some amazing four and five star options to meet your needs, and this allows you the best of both worlds… beautiful estate grounds for activities but also close enough to Dublin for those of your guests that want to enjoy the hustle and the bustle of such a vibrant capital city.
